20th Reunion - All you need to know before you arrive

Twentieth Reunion Attendees:

We are so excited to welcome you back to campus this weekend to celebrate your 20th Reunion! Before you arrive, I wanted to provide you with some information that you may find helpful in preparing for the festivities and upon your arrival.

Where you go when you arrive: Kirkland House

The Reunion Headquarters for the 20th Reunion will be located in the Kirkland House Courtyard. When you arrive, please check-in at Reunion Headquarters to obtain your name badge, tickets for events, and if you’ve registered for housing, your dorm access card and room keys. When leaving campus, please check-out with at the 20th Registration Desk and leave your room keys and dorm access cards with the students.

Reunion Registration Headquarters Hours:

  • Thursday, May 26 from 1:00 PM – Midnight
  • Friday, May 27 from 8:00 AM – Midnight
  • Saturday, May 28 from 8:00 AM – Midnight
  • Sunday, May 29 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

In your dorm room you will find sheets (you’re bed will be made—thanks dorm crew!), a pillow, towels, and soap. You will be given a Reunion Blanket, which is yours to keep, upon checking-in at Headquarters. We hope you enjoy your stay in on campus!

Where you park: HBS /Soldier’s Field Park Garage

If you plan to drive to campus, please park at the HBS Parking Lot on North Harvard Street, across from the Football Stadium at Athletics. Attached to this email is a parking pass. Please print it and put it on your dash for Reunion Weekend. The pass will allow you to park free of charge for the duration of your stay in Cambridge, but will expire after Sunday, May 29. There will be shuttles looping between the parking lot and the Square—feel free to hop on and identify yourself as a Reunion attendee.

Reunion Events: Walk-in Registrations will be accepted!

I will formally close online registration Tuesday, May 24 at 12:00 noon, please encourage your friends who have not yet registered to do so before then so we can prepare their registration packet and name badge in time. However, in the case that someone decides to attend last minute, we will not turn anyone away from attending the Reunion. If you’ve registered for only some events and you would like to add to your order, please do so at the event registration—we will accept cash or check. Event pricing will not increase.
